Q: How much time will it take?

A: The time it takes depends on you and the space we're working on.

Factors like:

  • How quickly you can decide what to keep, donate, and discard

  • Whether you like to share stories about the items we're sorting

  • How many items are in the space​

We'll go through everything in the space, and while it may get messier before it gets better, it's worth it.

A: Crystal Clear provides a done-with-you approach. You are needed to make decisions.

Q: What does a hands-on session consist of?

A: A hands-on session includes the following:

  • Hands-on sorting

  • Eliminating duplicates

  • Light cleaning in the area

  • Measuring, space planning, & product recommendations if needed 

  • Clutter coaching

  • Bagging, boxing, loading, hauling, & dropping off donations

  • Organizing 

  • Unpacking

Q: Does Crystal Clear Professional Organizing maintain client confidentiality?

A: Absolutely! Confidentiality and privacy are extremely important in our industry and to Crystal Clear. All services are kept 100% confidential.

Q: Does Crystal Clear Professional Organizing charge a travel fee?

A: 30 minutes is included each way from Carlock, IL (near Bloomington/Normal). Google maps is used to determine overage and is deducted in 15 minute increments from your package both ways.

Q: When to work with someone other than Crystal Clear Professional Organizing?

A: Crystal Clear is not qualified or trained to work with individuals with a hoarding disorder. The clients Crystal Clear works with may be disorganized and have some tendencies, but they do not have a hoarding disorder.
